Interlibrary loan and document delivery · New version 2.0

Whatever your readers need, from whichever library has it

smILLe manages interlibrary loan of books and articles from request to delivery. It is the system behind the interlibrary loan service of Greek academic libraries, now in a new, modern version.

How it works

01

The user submits a request

from the catalogue or from a database via OpenURL

02

The library fulfils it

from another library or supplier, with the whole workflow in smILLe

03

The user receives

the book at the desk or the article electronically

Who it is for

Academic, research and public libraries, and library networks running a shared interlibrary loan service. Upgrading from the previous version keeps your existing data.
